About Us

For any privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at: [privacy@fieldaiconnect.com]

1. What Personal Data We Collect

1.1 Contact and Account Data

When you sign up or engage with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, billing address, and account credentials.

1.2 Payment and Billing Data

We collect billing contact details and transaction history. Payment card processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. Field AI Connect does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. For information on how Stripe handles your payment data, see stripe.com/privacy.

1.3 Client Credentials and API Data

To provide our core services, we collect and securely store API credentials, OAuth tokens, client IDs, client secrets, and refresh tokens that you provide or authorize. These are stored in encrypted vault storage and used solely to deliver the Services on your behalf.

1.4 Usage and Interaction Data

We may collect information about how you interact with the Services, including actions taken in your account, features used, API calls made, workflow configurations, and support requests submitted.

1.5 Device and Technical Data

When you access our platform or website, we may collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, and timestamps associated with your access.

1.6 Communications Data

Records of email correspondence, support tickets, and other communications between you and Field AI Connect.

2. How We Collect Your Personal Data

We collect Personal Data:

  • Directly from you when you register, purchase services, provide credentials, or contact us.
  • Automatically through your use of the Services (usage logs, device data, IP address).
  • From third-party platforms to the extent required to authenticate and connect services on your behalf (e.g., OAuth flows with Jobber).

3. Why We Process Your Personal Data

3.1 To Provide and Deliver the Services

Including storing and managing Client Credentials, executing API integrations, processing transactions, and responding to support requests.

3.2 To Manage Billing and Payments

Including processing one-time and recurring subscription fees, sending invoices, and managing payment failures or disputes.

3.3 To Maintain Security and Compliance

Including detecting unauthorized access, preventing fraud, protecting the integrity of stored credentials, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

3.4 To Improve the Services

Including analyzing aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to identify bugs, improve performance, and develop new features. We do not use your Customer Data to train AI or ML models.

3.5 To Communicate With You

Including service notifications, billing reminders, material updates to these terms, and responses to your inquiries. We do not send unsolicited marketing without your opt-in consent.

3.6 To Comply With Legal Obligations

Where required by law, regulation, or court order.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your Personal Data only where:

  • Processing is necessary to perform our contractual obligations to you
  • We have a legitimate business interest that is not overridden by your rights
  • You have given explicit consent
  • Processing is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation

5. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Field AI Connect uses commercially reasonable physical, technical, and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Data and Client Credentials from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Specific measures include:

  • Encrypted vault storage for all Client Credentials and API tokens
  • Access controls limiting credential access to authorized service operations only
  • Token rotation practices to minimize exposure windows
  • Secure transmission (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your Personal Data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

6. How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Specifically:

  • Account and billing data is retained for the duration of your Subscription Term plus any legally required period thereafter (typically 7 years for financial records).
  • Client Credentials are deleted or returned within 30 days of written request following termination of Services.
  • Usage logs and technical data are retained for up to 12 months.
  • Communications are retained for up to 3 years or as required by law.

Where you request deletion and no legal obligation requires retention, we will delete your Personal Data promptly.

7. Who Has Access to Your Personal Data

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share it only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and subcontractors who assist in delivering the Services, including Stripe, Inc. for payment processing (see Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy). Each is bound by confidentiality obligations no less restrictive than ours. We do not store full payment card numbers — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law, court order, or government request.
  • Professional advisors (attorneys, accountants) under applicable professional confidentiality obligations.
  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before such a transfer takes effect and provide the option to delete your data.

We will not disclose your Client Credentials or Customer Data to any third party except as strictly necessary to deliver the Services or as required by law.

8. Third-Party Platforms

The Services connect to third-party platforms (such as Jobber) on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. Field AI Connect is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party platform. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any platform you connect through our Services.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the Personal Data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data
  • Delete your Personal Data (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Restrict or object to certain processing activities
  • Withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent (without affecting prior processing)
  • Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format where technically feasible
  • Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at: [privacy@fieldaiconnect.com]. We will respond within 30 days.

10. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what Personal Data we collect and how it is used, the right to delete your Personal Data, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell Personal Data. To submit a CCPA request, contact us at [privacy@fieldaiconnect.com].

11. Data Transfers

Field AI Connect is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer. We take appropriate steps to ensure that any such transfer is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
